Vegetables are an important source of many nutrients, including potassium, dietary fiber, folate, vitamin A and vitamin C. vegetables are also a boon to dieters because they are generally low in fat and calories, you can eat a lot of them without gaining weight and this is one of the basic benefits that everybody wants.

Every individual vegetable has its own value and that value boosts up with the help of their cooking process and it can be devalued with its cooking process as well.
